Words of Wisdom

Everyone has the wisdom.
However,
You need the curiosity to discover it.

Cultivate your body in order to accumulate skills.
Cultivate your mind in order to stimulate wisdom.

Don’t try to surpass another's ability;
Instead, surpass your own.

Don’t let a thoughtless body steer the mind,
Let a thoughtful mind steer the body.

You have to relax you mind first, then your body.

A relaxed body is a body that does not bold onto things.
A relaxed mind is a mind that does not bold onto things.

When you are puzzled, your teacher is the answer.
When comprehend, everything is your teacher.

Silence within silence is not true silence.
Silence within noise is true silence.

Don’t rely on your hands; rather, rely on your body.
Don’t rely on your body; rather, rely on your mind.
Don’t rely on your mind; rather, rely on your opponent’s mind.
